• Online Skills are helpful if the participants are not motivated. So not only do you need good time management, didactics and tools, you also need to use them holistically and act as a role model!
• Moderators and facilitators must be aware of the various tools and software programs, master them and know when they are boring and when they meet the needs of the participants!
• You need to have facilitation and online moderation capabilities!
• Build a Hybrid Concepts, or use the Train the Trainer seminar with me to strengthen collaboration!
